Shaker Series

We specialize in latest technology MEMS sensors and vibration shakers. Currently,
we are working on design manufacturing and marketing of miniature (5N) to small vibration shakers (440N) which can be also used for modal testing. We have extensive
MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope product line that will meet most of the automotive and military market needs.

  SHAKER AMPLIFIERS

    20N and 100N shakers have an integrated amplifier. This feature        is unique.

    Just plug in the electric cable, and these shakers are ready to run.

    250N and 400N shakers can be used with a dedicated external          amplifier. Optionally, customers can choose the linear power              amplifier SA-500 or class D amplifier SA-400.

 

    Any brand shaker can be driven using our power amplifiers.

ANALOG CAPACITIVE ACCELEROMETERS WITH CONNECTOR

DynaLabs 3000 LN (Low Noise) series accelerometers are based on proven MEMS technology and a capacitive operating principle. The integrated electronic circuitry enables a differential analog voltage output. Additionally, their connectorized design ensures easy integration.

DIGITAL CAPACITIVE ACCELEROMETERS

Digital capacitive accelerometers from DynaLabs are pivotal sensors used across various industries to measure acceleration accurately.

 

Equipped with three digital interfaces – USB, RS232, and CAN – these sensors offer versatility and compatibility with different systems. Digital capacitive accelerometers are designed to detect dynamic (AC) accelerations with amplitudes ranging from ±2g to ±40g.

MODAL TEST

In real life applications, machine parts and mechanical systems are rarely under static loading. Most of the time they are excited by dynamic loads. The structure responds to these dynamic loads according to its dynamic parameters such as natural frequencies and mode shapes. Therefore, an engineer has to have a solid insight about the dynamic behavior of the structure which has been designed.
Modal shakers can be used for Modal testing and Structural Dynamics. Dynalabs modal shakers covers a wide range of structures for dynamic characterization from electronic boards and sub-components to machinery, vehicles and aircraft, even constructions

MODAL SHAKERS

The random or sine signal excitation requires modal shakers. Moreover, if high frequency excitation content or signal controlled testing is desired, then modal shakers are the only excitation solution.

The modal shaker is attached to the structure and the desired excitation signal is applied to the structure via a signal generator. In the meantime, the responses of the structure are measured and Frequency Response Functions are calculated which are used in the Modal Analysis calculations.

Our in-house capabilities include three dimensional computer added design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) precision metrology, design for manufacturing, manufacturing planning and optimization

Test

We perform factory calibration of the sensors that we produce. We always test our products before putting them on sale. After the tests are completed without any problems, the products are ready for shipment

Develop

Our company pays great attention to the quality. Dynalabs has CE certificate for all the shakers and sensors.

ALL-IN-ONE SHAKER

The new version of our permanent magnet shaker PM-20 and modal shaker MS-20 will have integrated amplifier and signal generator as before but also 100 N versions of these shakers PM-100 and MS-100 will be operated with integrated amplifiers. By having integrated amplifiers, these shakers will help test engineers to setup their test easily.
